Online Triage

Our new online consultation service is a great way for you to contact our practice for non-urgent medical or admin requests. It is simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us. Although the character count is limited on the form, please try to give as much specific and concise information as possible. We really think it is easier for most people than waiting on hold to speak to a receptionist.

Home visits

In normal circumstances if you are bed-bound and too ill to come to the surgery, you would ask the receptionists for a home visit. These would be normally done after morning surgery, so please try and ring us before 10:30am. Of course we realise that illness cannot be planned and we will come urgently if necessary.

GP Training

As a teaching practice we often have trainees sitting in with doctors and/or nurses.

If you feel uncomfortable having someone else sitting in on your consultation please let us know at the start and the student will leave.
